To the best of my ability I can find no data on this village. It is probably just a stop area along the Silk Road at Bachu. Because Bachu is 20km from the Silk Road, an outpost was probably built for trade to the travelers along the route. The railroad tracks make an abrupt detour (from running parallel to the Silk Road) to Bachu, then return to the Silk Road to run beside it.
